Unified brand & UX voyage

UNLTD is undergoing transformative evolution with a freshly crafted brand by Fernando Báez. The core of my mission is to revitalize the digital ecosystem, aligning initiatives with a strategic vision, prioritizing user interactions, and seamlessly integrating functional and design improvements to breathe new life into the platform.

The goal was to attract businesses, startups, and partners by crafting a website that authentically embodies the intersection of social, environmental, and economic values—a testament to the renewed corporate ethos dedicated to tackling significant challenges while ensuring economic sustainability. This entailed improving user experience, aligning design elements, ensuring accessibility, and building a scalable website capable of accommodating a growing audience and changing industry landscape.

From Insight to Impact

Through close collaboration with the product owner, marketing director, and CEO, the objectives, requirements, and expectations were carefully defined, facilitating the implementation of a design strategy that aligns seamlessly with the company's mission and business impact.

Research: Surveys, Interviews, User stories, Journeys, Jobs to be done, Market fit and a First-click test provided valuable insights, helping define information architecture and user expectations, ensuring a seamless and intuitive navigation experience (data below).

Key features and user-centric highlights: The digital ecosystem underwent adjustments to enhance element interaction, with a focus on accessibility and readability. This involved refining content style and information hierarchy, organized through a system that maintains consistency and order among elements. Dani Martinez provided technical assistance for Webflow implementation, as well as for the integration of HubSpot CRM and Google Analytics into the OVH-hosted site.

Learnings and failed paths: Menu elements and navigation flow underwent changes through iterative workshops to validate hypotheses. Prototypes helped to facilitate adjustments based on usage patterns, resulting in an improved site navigation experience. Additionally, testing across multiple website sections, text styles, headers, and modules addressed evolving communication needs, providing customizable solutions tailored to the client's specific requirements.

The launch, completed within fourteen weeks, granted the client autonomy to manage future content, styles, images, and modules. This flexibility enables swift updates, potentially leading to modifications post-delivery.

Problems solved: The outcome ensures enhanced digital communication and a refreshed visual appeal, facilitating seamless transitions into any work environment. By improving user satisfaction with intuitive design and promoting a user-friendly experience, it is accompanied by significant advancements in social impact initiatives, solidifying UNLTD's digital leadership.
